To sign up for government sales, please click here. This will allow you to fill out an application to get approved to purchase our products at our government price. Approval can take up to 2-3 business days.

If you have a question about a product you received and would like to return an item, please get in touch with our support staff to better assist you. We can then walk you through the process of returning an item.
We deliver most of our products through carriers such as UPS® or FedEx®. Shipping companies usually ship the next business day and can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive.
